Though shall not kill

I cannot understand why two christian countries go to war and prey to the same god. If god was almighty powerful would he also be held accountable to the words of his bible the same as the rest of us? By not acting he is part of the problem is he not? That's if god is a man if he is not then this might explain the problem. Then she wants to understand the problem not fix it. Thus she understands the problems of the world and a solution will never be found. If god were a man then he would fix the problem like a dripping tap.
