I will start a list for you.
Example one:- Hate sorrow kill disaster death
Example two:- love kindness sky water beauty paradise flower nice kind forever and anything that makes you smile. The list is a never ending one and can repeat its self.
If on a bad day you want a lift then all you have to do is read the second list and you will automatically feel better and this is a fact...
If you were to make and read the first list and read and study it you can make yourself very sick in the head and body. I would suggest (order) that you do not do the first list as your life could be at stake. It made me ill just writing the five words in the first list and I had to stop it.
If you study the good words you write in time you will be able to do anything that you set your mind too.
Warning this is to be only be used for good and if it were to be used for bad then it will rebound on you many fold.
