Gods representatives should be charged the carbon tax for the problems. This means all religions would pay the tax for each of there followers. Atheists would be removed from the tax.  God would have to change his ways on carbon. I really don't see what the problem is the amount of carbon on the earth is the same as when Jesus Christ was a boy, except for what has been deposited by meteors. Politicians are good at playing with words and confusing others.
